Orders

All orders are placed through our official WhatsApp. Product prices may vary depending on design, fabric, embroidery, customization, and size requirements. Final pricing is confirmed only after discussing your order with our team.

Custom Tailoring

Most of our products are custom-made according to your measurements and preferences. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and order details.

Product Images

We make every effort to display product colors and embroidery accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or handmade craftsmanship.

Payments

Payment instructions will be shared through our official WhatsApp after order confirmation. Production begins only after confirmation of the order and any required advance payment.

Order Cancellation

Orders for custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our tailoring and embroidery services, custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on product type, customization requirements, and delivery location. Estimated delivery time will be provided during order confirmation.

Intellectual Property

All product images, embroidery designs, logos, and website content belong to AL HADIYAH Ladies Tailoring & Embroidery. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
